Ruffle Wedding Cake

The ruffles were very time consuming for me.  I cut strips about 1.5- 2 inches (I can't remember) then using a stick tool or ball tool, ruffle one edge.  Start at the top and work down attaching the non ruffle side to the cake.  There are tons of good tutorials online you can watch.
