Little Pony Cake

The pony wasn't too hard to make, just time consuming. I printed out a couple pictures of the pony the size I wanted, then cut out the pieces I needed. I rolled out my gumpaste/modeling chocolate mix and rubbed a tiny bit of crisco on it to make the paper pieces stay in place. Using a razor blade I cut out each piece then assembled. I used americolor food pens to add all the details after it was completely dry.
