Runner Cake

Koy is a fantastic runner.  His mom wanted some sort of running cake for his 18th birthday.  This is what I came up with.  I love his name in the shoe print.  Also it's the shoe print of his favorite shoes - Kinvara Saucony.  It was my first ice-cream cake and wonderful to work with.  Koy loved it.
